If your board does not ship with an image, download the Manufacturing Programming File from

Actel's site: http://www.actel.com/products/hardware/devkits_boards/smartfusion_eval.aspx .

 

Also, when you download the Webserver Demo Design Files from the above site, UNZIP them in the C:\Actelprj\ subdirectory and you should not have a problem.
