Spartan-3A Evaluation kit tutorial

Hi I follow Spartan-3A Evaluation kit tutorial , with ISE 12.1 and can not make pin allocation according to the tutorial (page 23,24,25)

Can you please help how i do it with 12.1 XILINX Program?

Which tutorial are you using?  If you're going to use version 12, you need to update to the latest version, 12.4.  Can you be more specific as to what the error is?
