power consumption by avnet spartan-6 board

i am trying to design a custom board similar to avnet spartan-6 lx150 baord with same fpga.

plz. clarify for having  such a large current consumption 1.2v->3A,2.5V->10A,3.3V->10A,1.8V->3A, i have doubt because my design is basedc on low power..
