Hmmm.  Are you trying to create a new virtual machine?  This is like loading a PC for the first time with its OS.  Your image suggests that this is what you are doing, since VMware is asking for an ISO file (CD ROM image).

 

You should try to open a virtual machine file that already exists, and point it to directory where you unpacked the virtual machine.  This is an "Open" command rather than a "New" command, if that makes sense.
