To whom it may concern,
I recently bought a ML605 kit from AVNET and I'm trying make a simple LED test controlled by the switches.
I get no errors performing a JTAG compilation or configuring the board, but the board(leds) don't light up in any way.
I attached my file hoping someone can help
Cheers,
Tiago

Xilinx provides a large supply of reference designs that can be used on the ML605 board. You can access these reference design with the following links.
http://www.xilinx.com/products/boards/ml605/refere

The "ML605 Built-In Self Test Applications" enable you to test out many features of the board, including the pushbutton switches & LEDs you are interested in.

Hi Kountryk,
I have access to both designs.
But not a single focus on mapping ports through Hardware Co-Simulation which is my current problem.
My BIST works fine by the way ![]()

Mapping of FPGA IO pins for HW co-simulation is not a topic covered by the ML605 User's Guide or reference designs.
I recommend reading Chapter 3 Using Hardware Co-simulation in the System Generator User Guide, especially the section titled Board Specific I/O Ports.
